About Me
Warm Engaging attuned supportive skillful
I am particularly passionate about engaging with those who are seeking personal growth and expansion.

I'm a Counsellor and full member of New Zealand Association of Counsellors as well as an EMDR therapist and member of EMDRNZ. I am also a Brainspotting Practitioner.

I've always been curious about people—what shapes us, how we grow, and how we heal. This led me to study Psychology at the University of Toronto where I completed a double Honours degree in Psychology and Criminology, with a minor in Sociology.

After university, I worked with youth in residential care, then spent several years living and working abroad—across Europe, the UK, and eventually New Zealand—gaining experience in human development, learning, and cross-cultural connection. Along the way, I also worked in HR and facilitated learning programs in London.
Driven by a deeper desire to support personal transformation, I completed formal training in Transpersonal Counselling in Melbourne, which equipped me with the relational and therapeutic tools I use today.

Since then, I’ve worked as a counsellor at Lincoln University and, more recently, in private practice and ACC counselling in the Nelson/Blenheim region. My work is grounded in evidence-based modalities, including EMDR and Brainspotting, to help clients achieve meaningful shifts—whether in mindset, behaviour, or life direction.
